Cancellation of Service
We offer service cancellations at the end of the month, providing flexibility based on your needs. If you wish to cancel any of our services, including subscriptions or integrations, we kindly request that you inform us at least 3 days before the end of the current month over the email info@rankorbit.ai. This will allow us to process your cancellation smoothly.
If a cancellation request is made after the invoice has been issued for the next month, the client will be required to pay the invoice, as the service was not canceled prior to the invoice being raised.
Rank Orbit AI reserves the right to cancel services if the Terms of Service are breached, ensuring that the quality and integrity of our services are maintained.

Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of our AI services, all payments made to Rank Orbit AI are non-refundable. Our solutions require significant resources, setup time, and support. Therefore, once payment or a deposit is made, it is non-refundable.
Service Cancellation
Clients may request to stop ongoing services at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for work completed or services in progress. Once a service or project is active, it will continue until cancellation is confirmed.
Unused Services
If you have signed up for our services but have not used them, you are still obligated to fulfill the payment as agreed.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Rank Orbit AI does not issue refunds for any services rendered. This policy ensures that we can continue providing high-quality, reliable support to all our clients.
